Founded in year 1942, Thye On Tong started out as retailer in a traditional Chinese Medical hall. TOT has come a long way since it was transformed from a retailer to wholesaler 26 years ago. Today, we have grown our business from a small retailer to one of the leading distributors of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Malaysia.
We have established some strong, famous and fast consumer brands such as Colgate Palmolive, Fonterra, Vinda, Abbott & GoodMorning Global.
The company is built and managed by a team of highly experienced, competent and skilled staff. We assist principals to distribute their products through our extensive distribution channels including local key accounts, Chinese Medical halls, petrol stations, pharmacies, mini markets, independent supermarkets, convenience chain stores and wholesalers in Malaysia.
Our distribution covers across Malaysia with direct sales force in the states of North Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Selangor.
PeterLabs Holdings Berhad was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1965 (“Act”) on 28 July 2010 as a private limited company under the name of PeterLabs Holdings Sdn Bhd. The Company was successfully listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 26 July 2011.
PeterLabs is one of the leading specialists in manufacturing, distribution, export and trading of animal health and nutrition products. PeterLabs products include biosecurity and disinfectant, compound feed supplement, feed additives, nutritional premix, pharmaceutical and water soluble supplement.
On 1st January 2021, PeterLabs Holdings Berhad has acquired 60% equity interest in Thye On Tong Trading Sdn Bhd and now Thye On Tong Trading Sdn Bhd become a subsidiary of PeterLabs Holdings Berhad.
