Job Description:
Warehouse operation,
* Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
* Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse daily productivity.
* Tracking and coordinating the storage and timely delivery of goods and materials with
FIFO
* Checking on daily picked orders items / goods receiving for accuracy
* Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
* Follow Warehouse 5S and warehouse operation costs.
Logistics operation,
* Ensuring daily delivery on timely & accuracy.
* Plan the delivery route & maximize the transportation utilization and costs.
* monitor condition of reach-trucks/ forklift from day to day and update upkeep records.
* maintaining and monitoring costs on fleets and equipment, ie: reach truck/ forklift, lorries
& etc.
Others,
* Communicating and coordinating with inter departments and external suppliers.
* Hands on warehouse & logistic activities.
Requirement:
* Age > 35 years old < 45 years old
* > 5 yr. experience in Warehouse/logistic operation in FMCG & Grocery is a must
* Diploma or equivalent
* Strong Problem – solving skills
* Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
* Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
* Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
* Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

Position : Accounts Executive
Location : Senawang
Job Description:
* Check all cheques received from sales agents or customer and arrange bank in on timely
manner.
* Update daily incoming transaction, ie: Cheques, cash and incoming T/T.
* Prepare and reconciliation debtors' monthly statement.
* Prepare Non Trade Credit Notes/Debit Notes/Non Trade Invoices.
* Update stock adjustment into accounting system.
* Update supplier POs/GRN/Invoices into accounting system.
* Doing daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
* Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
* Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
* Assist in audit and tax preparation.
* Any other jobs as directed by the Senior Accts Exec and Group Financial Controller.
Requirement:
* The candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or a professional
Accounting qualification.
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting and finance experience
* Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
* Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility
* Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software
* Strong time management skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Good communication skills
* Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.

Position : Accountant
Location : Senawang / Balakong
Job Description:
* To oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and ensure compliance with
accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
* To prepare financial accounting and monthly management reports, financial budgets,
monitoring & preparation of monthly project cash flows with the short deadline.
* Evaluate workflow processes and procedures to develop, recommend and implement
procedural and system changes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
* To report and highlight any irregularities, problems, and weakness and recommendation for
improvement on any related issues.
* To liaise with auditor, tax agents, banker, company secretary and regulatory authorities
where necessary.
* Perform any other duties as necessary and assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirement:
* Professional Certificate (ACCA / CPA / CIMA/ CA), Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate

* At least 5 year(s) working experience in related field or experience working in FMCG/
Retails/ Trading Company with high volume of daily transactional data.
* Good accounting knowledge in MFRS.
* Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
* Knowledge of Ms Office, SQL system.
* A person with high initiative, drive and commitment and can work independently with
minimal supervision.

* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Issue invoice, picking list &delivery order.
* Check orders before loading.
* Generate sales report.
* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. (CN/DN).
* Ensure on time delivery of product.
* Liaise with sales representative, storekeeper & logistic for discrepancies, (if any).
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirement:
* Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; college education is advantageous.
* Previous experience in customer service is considered a valuable asset.
